Orbit does not send anything on its own. It writes the text and hands it to you; you send it from your own phone, in your own name. Nothing goes to a customer without you.
No quote until your rate card is in. Every figure is multiplied from three numbers you set — labor rate, trip charge, material markup. You set them on the desk right after checkout.

The 7-day guarantee: if you don’t send a single quote Orbit wrote in your first seven days, reply to your welcome email and month one is free.
