How it works
Builds an HTML email signature in one of three layouts, with a live preview that you copy into Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail.
- Pick a layout. Modern puts an avatar beside your details. Compact is a short name line plus contact line with no avatar. Badge puts the avatar on a colored block beside a light card.
- Fill in name, title, company, phone, email, website, an optional button, social links, and the Accent and Text colors. The preview updates as you type.
- Empty fields are left out. The button shows only if both its text and its link are filled in. With no Avatar URL, Modern and Badge show a circle with your first two initials.
- Copy signature puts the formatted HTML and a plain-text version on your clipboard. Copy raw HTML copies the code. The phone number becomes a tap-to-call link.
- The signature is built in your browser from what you type. The code does not send or store your details. An avatar is linked by its web address, not embedded.
Questions
- How do I add it to Gmail?
- Click Copy signature. In Gmail open Settings, then See all settings, scroll to Signature, choose Create new, paste, and save. For Apple Mail, uncheck "Always match my default message font" first so the formatting stays.
- Where does my avatar image come from?
- You enter the web address of a picture. The signature links to that address instead of embedding the image, so the picture has to stay online there. If you leave it blank, you get a circle with your initials.
- Is my information saved?
- The code does not save it or send it anywhere. Refresh the page and the fields go back to the sample values, so copy your signature before you leave.
