VitalCoach is a software platform operated by BizBot Technology LLC, the merchant of record for client billing. We collect payments from your clients, retain a 5% platform fee, and pay you the remaining 95% via your chosen payout method on the 1st of each month for any balance ≥ $50. Coaches earning more than $600/year will receive an IRS Form 1099-NEC. VitalCoach handles refunds and chargebacks; coach balance is debited for chargebacks at cost.
